2. Payments & Renewal
-
All payments are processed securely via Kajabi, using Stripe as the payment processor.
-
Kajabi manages your payment details, subscription status, and renewal notifications.

-
You can cancel your membership by contacting [email protected]
-
The Unbroken Collective does not store or have direct access to your payment card details.
You are also subject to Kajabi’s Terms of Service (kajabi.com/policies/terms) and Stripe’s Terms of Service (stripe.com/legal).
3. 30-Day “Feel Supported” Guarantee
We want every member to feel genuinely supported in this space.
That’s why all memberships—monthly and 6-month—are covered by our 30-Day “Feel Supported” Guarantee.
If, within 30 days of joining, you’ve attended classes, shown up in the community, and engaged with the practices but still feel it isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund of your initial payment.
To request a refund, email [email protected] within 30 days of your sign-up date.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method via Kajabi and Stripe.
After this period, all payments are non-refundable.
